        Association of deaf and partly deaf in Macedonia together with Institute for Sustainable Communities-ISC in the frames of the Program for Democratic Cooperation (PDC) has formed the Youth Computer Centre for deaf persons which will represent the development of the informative culture of the deaf persons.
        The Youth computer centre will allow the young deaf persons to learn something about the computer technology about the Internet connection with the world and it's philosophy.
        In the frames of the YCC the Association of deaf and partly deaf in Macedonia also intends to change the education program in the schools of deaf children. Trough contacts and activities with The Ministry of Education it will intend that the subject of the Information will become an obligation subject in the education for the deaf persons.
